How To Use:
Brow: Use the bristle to apply starting at the highest point of the brow, working outward toward the tail. Build as needed for your desired shape and intensity.
Freckle: Gently dot onto the skin using very light pressure to create natural-looking freckles in your preferred area. For more intensity, wait a few seconds and layer again.
PRO-TIP: For more of a natural freckle look, tap the dots with your fingertips while the formula is still wet to diffuse the edges.
